• Ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with the rules & regulations of CMA, that company policies & procedure are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company's Standards of Conduct.
The BOD Secretary & Member and Secretary of Compliance Committee:
• Provide notification of meetings to other BoD members
• Draft minutes of the proceedings and resolutions of all meetings of the BoD, including recording the names of those present and in attendance. Forwarded the minutes to the BoD Chairperson for review and subsequently to all members of the BoD.
• Provide detailed documentation and minutes regarding any discussion of the criteria set forth in the BoD Responsibilities.
Assisting the manager in monitoring the company operations in compliance with Saudi CMA rules.
•Assisting the manager in restructuring the department, writing operational procedures, and staff training implementation.
• Ensuring continuously that BIG is fully in compliance with Anti Money Laundering & Terrorist checks.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge for all staff by sending them all necessary e-mail alerts to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the government
