Handling 3 Business Areas.
• WBS Creation.
• Project Closure.
• Asset Retirement / Transfer / Write off.
• CIP Ageing & CIP Recon
• Depreciation Accruals
• Trend Analysis.
Owens Corning (I) Ltd. is a MNC which is into manufacturing of Fiber Glass, having its Plant at Taloja & HO at Powai. It is a US based Company “Owens Corning” situated at Toledo -Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling Sales & General Admin. Expenses (SGA) & Freight Expenses.
• Monthly Reporting to NLT (Natural Leadership Team) for SGA Expenses.
• Monthly Reporting to Singapore office for SGA Expenses.
• Planning of SGA Expenses for the year & forecasting it on a monthly basis.
• Issuing TDS Certificates of HO.
• Filing of Quarterly & Annual Returns of HO.
• Accounting & raising Debit Notes for Cross Charges of COE (Centre of Excellence Team - BPO).
• Processing Foreign & Domestic Travel Expenses of HO Employees.
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Monthly Schedules for Provisions & Advances.
• Accounting of Fixed Assets at HO (updating of Fixed Assets Register & monthly depreciation)
• Schedules for Statutory Audit of HO.
• Finalization of Balance Sheet and P & L of the Companies.
• Taxation of the Companies.
• Income Tax & Sales tax Assessment of the Companies.
• Management of Day-to-day accounting activity of the Companies.
• Quarterly Reports (P & L, Balance Sheets & Profitability of the companies).
• Personal Taxation matters of the Directors of the companies.
