Preparation of furniture specification sheets, costing sheets and price quotations based on the company’s standard product offering and standard pricing structure. Preparation of visual presentations like 3d isometrics and basic color rendering and material sample boards. Coordinate with Account Managers in the specification of furniture with consideration to cost, quality, delivery time and aesthetics. Using Project Matrix to generate pricing quotations and BOQs. Assisted in the ordering process specifically in the preparation of Sif files and BOQs

Coordinating actively with the sales team and client to create cost effective, aesthetic interior solutions within deadlines. Coordinating with logistics and finance departments to ensure order placement, timely delivery and installation of products.
Worked with a leading interior decoration company. Responsibilities included creating estimation documents from various technical drawings, providing interior design related support to senior architects and project managers, coordinating the projects with clients, suppliers and production team. Main dealings with palaces, villas and offices.
