Manage warehouse employees and oversee daily operations•
Enforce all company rules and policies •
Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job•
Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly•
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work result•
Manage maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom on system• Manage receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies•
Manage other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, labeling supplies & expiry dates tracking•
Manage inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those record keeping• Manage the disposal of materials & system updates after receiving required approvals• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels• Manage coordination of the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs•
Ensure maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment according to quality guideline
We are fully responsible for 3 main departments: sales, distribution and customer service. In the sales department, purchase orders are made for cement. In the delivery and distribution section, cement is delivered to customers and the customer services department is added, meaning that the company's income is now through these departments.
