Real Estate Company as Assistant Sales Manager
Work involves: - Handling residential and commercial projects in North Goa and also sourcing new properties like land, apartments, villas.
- Visiting the sites, inspecting the properties, evaluating and giving the evaluation report to the property owner.
- Attending meetings with prospective clients.
- Updating the filing system, soft and hard copy.
- Maintaining a data base of all properties, collecting the property documents from the owners, entering the new property on the company data base.
- Maintaining the approved plans of the properties.
- Maintaining quality of service for company's good will.
- Handling brokers and clients queries.
- Doing the photography of the properties.
- Preparing a database of properties and finding potentials
buyer for property.
- Attending sales calls and arranging the site visits.
- Keeping the owners updates over clients visits.
- Sending daily updates to the sales manager on daily work
completed.
- Relationship management with clients, Builders Developers.
