Responsible for handling Freshdesk tickets. Responsibility for handling new acquisitions.
Onboarding new merchants for online, POS, bank installment, billing, tap‑on‑phone, and consumer finance apps such as ValU, Aman, Sympl, Premium, Souhoola, Forsa, and Khazan.
Investigating and resolving transaction issues (settlements, declined transactions, refunds, billing transactions, and so on) and bugs. Follow‑up with banks and other partners.
Collaborated closely with sales, merchant support, and other technical teams.
Allow Django system updates for POS. Supporting and coordinating with the sales team.
Support merchants via email and web chat. Resolve the Merchant's technical issues.
Follow up with the sales agent, merchant support, and other parties.
