Supervision and leading the team to insure the quality of hiring process and onboarding. including the hiring process for Vice Presidents, consultants, experts and pilots.
Main Tasks :
• Recruitment policies & procedures.
• Setting the recruitment Workflow and timeline process.
• sourcing for suitable candidates for available positions
• Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications,
• summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
• Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews
• Schedules interviews and ensure departmental heads give feedback on each candidate
• Generates recruitment related reports
• Drafts employment letters and contracts for selected candidates
• Work with department heads within the organization to understand their manpower requirements and reach mutual agreement on implementing recruitment plans to meet those requirements in the most effective and efficient way and ensure timely engagement of employees.
• identifying suitable recruitment channels (Saudis/Non-Saudis)
• Provide department heads with the needed training and coaching in behavioral based interviews
• Prepare and develop detailed job descriptions and personnel specifications, write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised.
• Design application forms and prepare other recruitment material such as brochures.

Onboarding new employees guests for accommodations hotel and complete the new employee’s profile & starting the hiring process as :
-Job offers, Interviews, Evaluations, contracts, Letters, petty cash, voucher, Attendance sheets, housing request allowance, application forms, departure clearance, etc… )
- making pre-interviews for the applicants
