- Translating any required documents in all departments
- Following up all tasks assigned by CEO to the staff to be implemented on time
-Providing administrative support to management and the company through organizing and following up administrative duties and activities with other departments including receiving and handling information, dealing with incoming emails and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO.
-Handling documents organization and designing filing systems
-Following up on pending issues delegated by the CEO.
-Handling calendar management for the CEO including scheduling of appointments, meeting agendas, writing down meeting notes, travel arrangements, & hotel booking.
-Translating manuals of international organizations and updating the company’s manual
-Writing down offers for the exhibitors, invoices & packing lists (English & Arabic) for customs clearance, & correspondences to official government.
-Updating Ex work of the company.
-Preparing import & export exhibition’s plan of the next year
-Liaising directly with past exhibitors to confirm participating for the next Fair.
-Organizing and coordinating office systems, procedures & administrative duties; controlling correspondences; scheduling meetings; arranging office supplies, stationary & equipment, preparing time sheet, assisting in bookkeeping, conducting research, compiling data and updating databases.
-Liaising with all employees and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
-Providing administrative support to President & staff to facilitate the smooth running of the office.
-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
-Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
-Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) & create and update records and databases.
-Preparing tenders and writing down the meeting notes.

- Preparing the sheet of customers’ debts giving alarm to the sales representatives for collection
- Attending the customers’ debt meeting headed by the financial manager.
- Preparing statistical presentations for the sales representatives to follow their KPIs to meet their targets of sales and collections.
- Getting daily the marketing news, the prices of the competitors, and prices of the feed from the sales representatives, as well as preparing their Time Sheet to be delivered to the HR department.
- Being Sales coordinator during his absence of the Head of the department.
o Executing all administrative office work & Following up all administrative issues.
o Managing all related work activities related to the Managing Director for Quality as handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, organizing and following up appointments, making travel arrangement and hotel booking.
