• Maintain and ensure the quality of deliverables, deliver documents comply with Hypercom templates and standards with no defects of high severity and minimal customer feedback on project documents.
• Production of test documentation during projects, prepare all related test documents according to Hypercom quality process, and deliver documents on time and with minimal feedback.
• Design, execute and support all testing activities, prepare system test cases that cover all project functions, execute all system test cases and mark test cases with status accordingly. Support client acceptance test by preparing acceptance plan and test cases.
• Report bugs accurately, assign to development team and review bug status, Use rational Clear Quest defect tracking tool to report bugs. Ensure that bugs reports are clear, detailed and easy to understand.
