1. Plan and direct the execution of technical, economical, and administrative functions of the
projects.
2. Supervise and manage staff especially subcontractor teams to deliver Quality of work
as per SEC standards and requirements.
3. Review the PTS, Site Grading, Civil Base Design and Architecture Base Design drawings prior
to submission for the approval Process with SEC to avoid issues during construction phase.
4. Raise the RFI and MIR and follow the method of statements of works activity as per SEC
requirements and following the instruction and comply the SEC consultants Points.
5. Prior works are done in the substation Project after surveying the overall area of the Main
Building & Transformer area, Excavation & backfill compaction Site activity works are done.
6. Plan the execution works for the Raft Concrete works for the Substation Main Building as per the Civil Base Design with SEC Standards.
7. Responsible for quantity estimation of materials that are received from subcontractors that all
should be as per the approved submittals.
8. Schedule of works of activity is done on the given time schedule to avoid any delay in the Project.
1. Perform Structural analysis and design of RCC villas.
2. Design the columns, beams and slab systems as per American and British Codes.
3. Design the foundations as per building requirements.
4. Prepare structural drawings and calculation sheets for these villas.
5. Submit the drawings to municipality for approval.
6. Coordinate with the architectural team in order to provide the best solutions to the project.
1. Performed analysis and design of beams of RC building using software ‘SP Beam’. Performed design of RC columns using excel sheets.
2. Performed structural modelling and checked safety of beams and slabs against sleeves or openings using software ‘RAM concept’.
3. Reviewed Shop drawings and Calculation packages of high rise buildings requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles.
4. Reviewed Shop drawings of RCC members prepared by the contractor. Reviewed Calculation packages of steel connections and Shop drawings of steel members.
5. Prepared basic engineering calculations following standard methods and principles used in
engineering analysis and design of structural members.

focussing on the needs and interests of US based clients.
1. Performed Structural analysis and design of G+12 duplex building and ensured its safety
against gravity and earthquake loads using software ‘ETABS 2016’.
2. Performed Normal Static and Seismic Analysis, Response Spectrum Analysis, P-Delta
Analysis, Pushover Analysis and of various building systems using software ‘ETABS 2016’.
3. Performed Construction Sequence Analysis of tall buildings having composite concrete filled
tube columns subjected to sequential gravity loading using ‘Midas Gen’ software.
4. Performed Finite Element Analysis on stone block masonry building using software ‘SAP
2000’. Performed calculations of stresses on all areas of building. Ensured safety of building
against pressures and stresses.
