I successfully translated subject into concrete design for promotional materials and sales collateral for various brands. I created design themes and graphics for marketing and POS materials like brochures, branders, Look book, direct mailer, Poster and project publicity advertisements print advertising magazines for International brands like Aldo, Aldo Accessories, Bebe, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Call It Spring, Charles & Keith, Guess, Inglot, Lasenza, Bath & Body Works, Mango, Nine West, New Balance & Promod.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the design team and print studio, including assign projects, coach and evaluate designers in the execution of prescribed designs within brand guidelines & standard for in-house brands creating in-store graphic posters, marketing materials (Magazine & Newspaper advertisement, Look book, Advertorial & outdoor branding).
• Conduct site visits various locations, and supervise all OOH, Marketing & Instore advertising and installation.
• Work closely with Marketing head, Brand Manager & global partners of each brand to get approval on artwork & detail description for print production.
• Source, review and recommend alternate or additional print vendor resources in new and existing cities as production volume dictates.
• Review production specifications for file preparation with studio artist. Check with print media vendor or publication to confirm that specs are correct and advise production Manager of any changes before file prep commences, Review all proofs and colour tests with the creative team, interpret their revisions, determine the best method for executing, and review the revisions with the vendor.
• Attend press checks to ensure print quality is acceptable and matches approved colour proof, paper (Media), & size, supervise any changes and work with the print vendor to find solutions as necessary.
• Manage print workflow: Create/distribute/revise print production schedules. Work with account group to track briefings and workflow.
• Keep account group and media teams updated on any production or installation related issues. Prepare estimates and approve vendor billing, quality check, notifying the account group of any pre-press or printing estimate overages as they occur.
• Prepare pre-production timetables for all projects and forward to print publication or vendor and accounts team for distribution. Keep up-to-date media schedules indicating the various projects scheduled.
Responsible for layout/paste up, illustration most all via computer. Computer document files support service and output ready. Computer and design consulting, Photo shoots for creative & Electronic photo retouching.
