I have been to Crust N Crumb Food Ingredients Pvt.ltd, Ernakulam,Kerala where I assisted in analysing the quality of bakery and confectionery.I have completed my project from Banana Research Station, Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur, where I have developed banana flour based nutritious instant soup mix.
