Additional Tasks:
In terms of working on the transitional phase for the company towards the corporate world, I have
been in charge of supporting different departments with the aim of developing the business:
• Strategy and company growth focal point:
➢ Coordinate with each department to update and follow up on the yearly roadmap and
monthly action plans, along with the agreed upon timeframe
➢ Attend all meetings with all departments that are related to the foreseen strategy,
document them, and follow up accordingly (Meetings conducted for three full days every
other week)
➢ Translate any documents when and if needed
• Product Development Department:
➢ Leading the project of “Designs to Products”: Working on reports and designs with the PD
team, collect the ideas and designs, present them to the management, ensure the
selection committees view, approve or provide feedback on them, and follow up with
the designers for the execution
➢ Attend and document PD meetings
➢ Follow up on the tasks according to the meetings
• Recruitment Tasks: Post vacancies, collect CVs, evaluate them and interview the candidates
• Funding Opportunities Focal Point:
➢ Keep an eye on any funding opportunity that may be announced by international
organizations or the Jordanian Government
➢ Attend any meeting and/or session about funding opportunities and gather the needed
information
➢ Collect all of the needed documents, fill the applications needed and follow up
accordingly
