Manage yearly & Quarterly manpower plan Perform Job analysis and create & reviewjob descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Bayt.com and other professional networks Createjob ads and post on multiple sources Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references Conduct interviews and phone screening with shortlisted candidates Prepare and Sendjob offers & collect required documents Organize and attendjob fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline (AUMjob fair, Nurses India Recruitment trip 2023 & 2024) Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Training
Assess training & development needs in coordination with managers Develop a career path for each position and define what skills are needed to achieve a senior level Coordinate with training providers & register employees in any required training (internal, external, webinars, conferences...) Manage the training plan & budget quarterly & yearly
