Coordinate with Managers to develop and execute recruitment plans, ensure proper Job posting, applications Interview process and proper maintenance of records and compensation analysis.
Conducting telephonic and F2F interviews and proceed with the HR Head & Department Heads.
Preparing job offer, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentations
Ensuring all Company policies and procedures are implemented and updated in accordance with federal state and local laws & regulations.
Managing payroll system for up to 400 Employees and coordinating with Finance Department
Implantation of policies, procedures & grading structure.
Thorough experience on preparing Offer Letters, Joining formalities, Duty Resume, Warning, Suspension / Termination, Salary and all other Letters & Memos.
Preparing Budget & Employee Costing

Working collaboratively with HR Manager to develop and maintain relationships with various Dept Heads & employees in all CSS Companies
Handling Entire Visa Process for Dubai, JAFZA, DAFZA, Safe Zone Sharjah & Abu Dhabi
Handling Employee’s Performance Appraisal
Arranging travel and accommodations
Responsible for employee management activities (attendance, leave pay, incentives, OT & so on)
Responding staff queries on visa/labor/passport related matters
Employee’s Annual Leave Management & Preparing Annual Leave Plan.
Managing Employee health & life insurance benefits.
Processing all documentations for new hire & terminations & maintaining HRIS database of employee payroll information, new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and benefit rates updates.
Handle employee terminations, grievance and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner, working closely with legal counsel, supervisors and management
