Job Responsibility:
• Preparation of detailed records of work performed on a day work basis.
• To Supervise the Civil, Structural & finishing works on site, to ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with plans and specifications.
• Ensuring the quality of finishing works like various types of flooring, Ceiling & other works.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for management.
• Monitoring the progress of work and reporting to the management
• Attending site meeting and preparation of Minutes of meeting
• Punch Killing for successful hand over of the project.

• Pre inspection for works requested by various end users.
• Ascertain the emergency of work and preparation of request for the approval from higher management.
• Preparation of estimation and Rate analysis.
• Dealing with contractors for strict compliance of SHEMS.
• Ascertain accurate documentation related to costing & approval.
• Assigning the works to the contractor and checking of the estimates submitted by them.
• Monitoring the schedule of activities on a daily basis.
• Inspection of the work at site.
• Physical measurements of quantities.
• Checking of contractor bills and labour bills.
• Ascertain accurate documentation related to costing and bill checking.
• Attended the scheduled shutdown in different plants. (EG’s & Utility shutdown in 2012).
• Inspection of RCC inlet channels to utilities, RCC Ponds & various tanks inspected.
• Controlling the group of contractors and workers to complete the work in stipulated time and schedule during shutdown.

• Review of Project specifications, Procedures, Method statements, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and Material approval request.
• Preparation of RFI’s required and conducting regular inspection (Internal & External) for various civil activities.
• Preparation of various documents required for quality control.
• Maintaining the documents as required for the future usage.
• Coordinate with the Material Engineer and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactory completed work and quality assurance testing of suspect materials.
• Supervision/Surveillance of the project site to ensure the execution carried out is in compliance with the quality standard requirements.
• Monitoring of Non-conformances and taking preventive action to avoid recurrence
• Ensures compliance with requirements of standards, specifications, co-procedures and safety regulations.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
• Perform in-process and acceptance inspections of work on a monitoring basis and assist in resolving any noted problems with the work and maintain a record of their status.

• Responsible for the inspection of structural rebars prior to concreting as per standards and specifications.
• Estimation of structural steel surface area and structural steel tonnage.
• Responsible for inspection of, formworks and concreting works.
• Estimate material requisite and preparation of material requisition.
• Responsible for all structural concreting works.
• Leading a team of Site Engineers, Asst. Engineers and Supervisors of various disciplines and in- charge of all activities at site.
• Finalize drawing from prepared sketches by Engineers and provide finished innovations and modifications as required.
• Management of Money, Manpower, Material and Machinery
• Physical measurements of quantities for Direct and Indirect labour.
• Checking of Subcontractor bills and labour bills.
• Ascertain accurate documentation related to costing and bill checking.
• Preparation of running account bills, estimation and Rate analysis.
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel software
• Strong planning & organizing skills coupled with related inspection skills.
