To support employees and their families who are moving to Middle East and to ensure their smooth transition into the new location by providing services including orientation, home finding, and making the assignee familiar with the local area, culture and customs.
•Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the recommended compounds and off com pounds in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Al Jubail and other real estate agents.
•Inspecting properties to determine their condition and value, in cluding reviewing physical aspects of a property such as, as condi tion of the unit as well as reviewing legal documents.
•Determining the market value of real estate in order to set prices for home rent.
•Negotiating with property management landlords to reach agree ments on price, terms of payment, and other details of a transac tion.
•Researching real estate trends and statistics to identify potential in vestment opportunities or risks.
•Monitoring changes in the immigration legislation and reporting on new requirements / changes to all the interested parties (Immigra tion Team / Country Manager / Product Manager / Clients).
•Assisting the clients in lease contract negotiation, reviewing all con tract's terms and conditions, negotiate with Compounds' landlords and real estate agents to get accepted lease matching the client's needs and requirements.
•Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to our clients.
•Properly discussing all terms of a lease with the property manage ment and conducting due diligence for all items and explaining the process of vacating the property and clarifying to the tenant duties prior to checking out the property.
Establish a dialogue and relationship with HR and business leaders to understand key issues, requirements and organizational objec tives.
•Set HR plans providing business idea
•Part in the development and implementing services strategies and retention plan.
•Develop and understanding of regional market segment and define account prioritization.

• Act as bridge between the management and the staff in term of changing policy, employees’ requirements, presents new ideas
• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
• Audit and manage all HR financial transactions with finance de-partment
• Managing and updating divisions functions (job design, job analy-sis, job description)
• Participate in recruitment operation and provide orientation for new joiners
• Participate with Division managers in performance evaluation for the employees.
Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions
