Duties and Responsibilities:

HR STRATEGIC PARTNER
• Liaison between all departments, managers and functional leads and key partners through personal visits to companies and other regular communication methods to reinforce and improve upon the culture and deliver on the strategic objectives.
• Coach, develop and lead by providing developmental and growth opportunities. Communicate strategic objectives and initiatives clearly.
• Support a dynamic growth platform for adding new businesses to the portfolio, building an efficient approach to workplace planning which allows for a nimble and on-time delivery of new unit growth.
• Supports and guides area and global partners in an evolving path towards regionalization / matrix organization, including all Offices, Senior Leadership Members. Able to work well independently but understands the nuances involved in the organizational structure.
