1. Preparing the variations to the main Contractor as per the
work done at site.
2. Co-ordination with site engineers regarding the latest
drawing and changes.
3. Preparing the shop drawing and rectify the comments from
main contract for approval from client.
4. Checking the Tender Quantity as per the BOQ and Drawing and
verifying all the quantity and drawing detail. And preparing the
report to Technical Manager for quoting the tender.
5. Design the villa and prepare the load schedule for AADC
submission.

1. Preparing the Quotation as per the client requirement and
specification.
2. Preparing the Local Purchase Order to Suppliers and delivery
note for arrange the delivery
3. Tendering of DEWA, FEWA & AEWEA portal.
4. Updating the stock using Coral Software solution.
5. Prepare the Technical Submittal as per client request.

Assisting the officers for preparing estimate and scrutinizing the estimate, Quotation, Quotation Notice, Work Order, Purchase Order, M- Book and log book and preparing bills.
