-Assist in preparing HR reports as requested.
-Review Organization employees’ timesheets, leave requests, and allocation
-File all contracts and supporting documents in each personnel file as needed.
-Enter holidays on HR software : annual leaves, sick leaves and others and ensure proper update of balances and regularly communicating them to staff and head of units.

-Prepare monthly statistics report and review them
-Supervisor the information officer and data entry clerk staff to ensure data is being collection and entered in timely fashion and that quality of data is to standard.
- Assist in modified form in coordination with program staff in order to collect new data point
- Conduct Field visits to monitor and spot check the collection data
- Send a daily and monthly report, which include ( numbers, information, graphs )
- Data entry of the Syrian patients
- Manage the statistical analysis of the patients
- Categorize the Syrian patients’ data
- Keep the records for feedback purposes
- Manage different types of medical reports
- Data Entry on refugee assistant information system RAIS / UNHCR
