DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing the hot and cold beverages of all staffs including the manager
Assigned to buy the food stuff of the staff who did request and prepare to serve into hot and fresh to there office room
Acknowledging the arrivals of guest ( foreign or local ) by greetings and assisting to their designated staff to visit
Instructed to please the local and international clients or visitors through conference room and serve the hot and cold beverages what have been ordered
Trained to file some incoming and outgoing documents to filing cabinet through filing room
Making a photo copy of given document in each parties assigned to have copies from the documents and distributing upon copied to all concern people
Assisting the the Boss/Manager of some papers to make copies and segregating it. And upon boss arrival i will proceed to his office to get his stuff from his car
Assigned to get the signature from originator staff through the person for the approvals of the subjects
Preparing orders such as the food and beverages materials, products and stocks for the next months to consume
Responsible to check the production and expiration date of all products to accept and before consuming
Maintaining the cleanliness and in-order pantry station with green and healthy place
Regular pest control in station must be done monthly
