Dealing with Swimming pool construction, Mep Works and trading of Swimming pool accessories and I am working as an Accountant from 10-10-2015 to 12-1-2018
1. Preparing Various reports to the management(badgeting, income statement, net worth, fund flow balance sheet etc)
2. Dealing with suppliers and clients related to payment
3. Preparation of project costing reports
4. Arranging fund to various and banks and loans
5. Verify the documents and advice for payments
6. Ensure the collection of outstanding amount in timely manner
7. Intercompany and branch company transactions( Inventory Bank And Cash )
8. Stock audit in regular intervals and correction
I have employed as an Accountant at Natural Stones Company WLL., Doha Qatar for 3 years (2011Dec to 2014 Aug) .It is Construction And Trading related Company dealing with flooring and cladding of marbles & Granites And cutting as per size and its Supply
Performance of Job and responsibilities:
1. Payment follow up
2. Petty cash handling, book keeping, invoicing and reporting.
3. Handling bank dealing, fund transferring, assist to activities of LC opening,
4. Dealing with payroll function and leave settlements Final Settlements
5. liaison with external auditors in annual audit
6. Maintaining inventory and its annual physical verification
7. Preparation of various reports to management
8. Maintaining stock register Checking and authorizing various documents like MRN and DO
