• Assist Engineering and Maintenance Manager in delivering high quality, reliable electrical/electronic supervisory in accordance with project requirements, standards and internal procedures (cGMP, GDP).
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair/replace and improve electrical/electronic and control system to ensure the compliance with department goals..
• Prepare work reports; maintain stock of replacement spare parts, material and supplies .Prepare requisitions for spare parts, equipment and requested materials.
• Follow up the key performance indicators of utilities. Ensure that Preventative maintenance schedule planning followed for machines reliability across the plant, analysis of machines performance and identification and implementation of improvement actions to reduce /eliminate breakdown and minor losses on all machines.
Generation of planned maintenance regimes in the factory, management and monitoring of pm activities.
Boilers and compressed air system SOPs written and enhancement
• Perform preventative maintenance on boilers and compressed air system to be in compliance with the plan maintenance schedule.
• Troubleshoot, repair/replace defected components on boilers and compressed air system
• Maintain the boiler water treatment system
• Follow up the reliability and key point indicators for both systems
• Liaise with boilers and compressors suppliers, contractors
• Management of spare parts and follow up of projects related to boilers and compressed air system.
• Supervision of subcontractors and suppliers’ jobs related to boilers system and compressed air system.
• Commissioning news compAir compressors on site (L series, DH series, D series)
• Performing service and repair regarding costumer complaint on site
• Calculating client quotations and submitting offers regarding the customer needs.
• Visiting customers' office and training their employees on use of compressor equipment
• Participating in designing and field-testing of equipment
• Ensuring product's efficacy by installing and operating equipment at test sites
• Developing procedures for proper installation
Resolving issues in timely manner to retain customers
Instrument control system maintenance in offshore (lloyd noble, Paragon M825, Maersk Endurer rigs Rio del Rey location Cameroon)
High pressure testing, yard test using flowmeters, automatic gained sensor density, magnetic pick up and data acquisition cabin for recording via field network (Warri Nigeria, Port- Harcourt base Nigeria, Douala base Cameroon)
Instruments comissioning, maintenance, troubleshoot, repair and testing (valves, densometers, magnetics sensors, analog sensors, numeric sensors and electronic devices) .
