(8 COLORS), COMEXI Flexographic Printing machine (8 COLORS), UTECO / COMEXI NEXUS Lamination MACHINE, COMEXI PROSLIT, TITAN SR8 and JKAMPF Slitting machine. LEMO Bag making machine, GHIOLDI / KIEFEL (Kirion) Blown Film, GHIOLDI / DAVIS STANDARD Cast Line and Rewinder.

1. Carry out troubleshooting of machine operational malfunctions by receiving a work order request from the production team using the BAAN system.
2. After, done the corrective maintenance, inform the Production Supervisor and resume operation.
Once problem verified and confirmed repair is done, the work order request will be signed and close the issue.
3. Perform machine inspection while in operation and non-operation based on the SOP TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) checklist.
Report and record all findings found, then identify minor and major issues.
4. Coordinate the production team and Planned Maintenance (PM) schedule.
Preparation of spare parts is needed before going to execute CBM (Corrective Base Maintenance) and TBM (Time Base Maintenance).
Highlights all finding found and attack then restore machine to basic condition.
5. All accomplished work is required to be encode by a Technician and report to MES (Manufacturing Execution System - individual account)
6. Perform activities and projects required by the system of a company using EFESO TOOLKIT (Efeso Consulting - Obeikan Manufacturing Excellence) like the following belo
a. Breakdown Reduction b. Attacking repeated issues c. Weak component Analysis (WCA) d. RCA - Root Cause Analysis (Fishbone diagram)
7. Perform Mechanical faults in troubleshooting and using circuit diagrams, machine assembly drawing and to restore machine in standard. Modification of assembly if needed to improve and avoid repeated issues. All technical work related to electro pneumatics, hydraulics, disassemble/re-assemble of assemblies & sub-assemblies to maintain in good condition.
8. Prepare and coordinate with the Central Engineering Store for safety stock of common and critical spare parts.
9. Maintain 5’S in workplace, lubrication room, workshop, tools, parts, follow safety procedure and wearing proper PPE.
10. Perform other assigned tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

•Performing proper troubleshooting of any problem regarding electro-pneumatics and hydraulic fault.
•Re-greasing of machine parts to prolong the lifespan of gear, bearings, and other moving parts.
•Calibration of anilox and plate cylinder for Flexograhic printing machine.
•Prepare critical spare parts order for safety stocks to prevent and lessen long breakdown in the future. (Local and International)
•Yearly cleaning of die head, barrel and screw (3 layers), to maintain a good quality of film and prevent the die line.
•Assisted Service Engineer’s on installation / erection and assembly of new machines.
•Perform other tasks by the Maintenance Manager from time to time.
