Responsible in Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of ROTOMEC Printing Rotogravure
(8 COLORS), COMEXI Flexographic Printing machine (8 COLORS), UTECO / COMEXI NEXUS Lamination MACHINE, COMEXI PROSLIT, TITAN SR8 and JKAMPF Slitting machine. LEMO Bag making machine, GHIOLDI / KIEFEL (Kirion) Blown Film, GHIOLDI / DAVIS STANDARD Cast Line and Rewinder.
1. Carry out troubleshooting of machine operational malfunctions by receiving a work order request from the production team using the BAAN system.
2. After, done the corrective maintenance, inform the Production Supervisor and resume operation.
Once problem verified and confirmed repair is done, the work order request will be signed and close the issue.
3. Perform machine inspection while in operation and non-operation based on the SOP TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) checklist.
Report and record all findings found, then identify minor and major issues.
4. Coordinate the production team and Planned Maintenance (PM) schedule.
Preparation of spare parts is needed before going to execute CBM (Corrective Base Maintenance) and TBM (Time Base Maintenance).
Highlights all finding found and attack then restore machine to basic condition.
5. All accomplished work is required to be encode by a Technician and report to MES (Manufacturing Execution System - individual account)
6. Perform activities and projects required by the system of a company using EFESO TOOLKIT (Efeso Consulting - Obeikan Manufacturing Excellence) like the following belo
a. Breakdown Reduction b. Attacking repeated issues c. Weak component Analysis (WCA) d. RCA - Root Cause Analysis (Fishbone diagram)
7. Perform Mechanical faults in troubleshooting and using circuit diagrams, machine assembly drawing and to restore machine in standard. Modification of assembly if needed to improve and avoid repeated issues. All technical work related to electro pneumatics, hydraulics, disassemble/re-assemble of assemblies & sub-assemblies to maintain in good condition.
8. Prepare and coordinate with the Central Engineering Store for safety stock of common and critical spare parts.
9. Maintain 5’S in workplace, lubrication room, workshop, tools, parts, follow safety procedure and wearing proper PPE.
10. Perform other assigned tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Responsible to maintain all machines running in good condition to meet the production target and deliver the product on time to the customer.
Achievement: Lessen the machines breakdown time of 50% .
Applied maintenance system and proper procedure in executing Time Base Maintenance(TBM) and Corrective Base Maintenance(CBM) to restore machines in basic condition. Repeated problems are properly analyzed using 5 WHY'S (Root cause analysis or RCA) - Fishbone diagram. Correction of repeated problems fixed in long term conditions (permanent solution applied). This could lead an increase OEE or Overall Equipment Efficiency.
Responsible in corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance of the following machines:
W&H Blown Line -3 Layers (FFS BAG) and mono, Reifenhauser Blown, Hosokawa Alpine Blown,
Miraflex Flexographic Printing (CI)- 8 Colors, Fischer & Krecke (CI)- 8 Colors, Valmet Rotomec (CI) - 6 Colors, SML Cast line, Recycling machine, LEMO, HUDSON SHARP, GUNTER, Bag making, TITAN and Jkampf slitting machine.
•Receive work order request of all machine fault types and perform corrective maintenance to back machine in operation. Mechanical works related to electro pneumatics, hydraulic, disassemble/re-assemble of assemblies & sub-assemblies to maintain in good condition.
•Perform gearbox changes oil annually or earlier than 12 months and maintain gears and bearings in good running condition.
•Inspect and identify minor and major problems with machines in the future that will cause breakdown. Record and report then execute planned maintenance of critical and major problems restore them in basic condition. Identify spare parts needed and schedule the corrections.
•Inspect the rubber rollers of machines and schedule for rubber re-grinding or re-coating if necessary. Standard +- shore hardness is maintained.
Ex: Haul-off rubber roller, draw roller, central drum nip roll etc.
•Performing proper troubleshooting of any problem regarding electro-pneumatics and hydraulic fault.
•Re-greasing of machine parts to prolong the lifespan of gear, bearings, and other moving parts.
•Calibration of anilox and plate cylinder for Flexograhic printing machine.
•Prepare critical spare parts order for safety stocks to prevent and lessen long breakdown in the future. (Local and International)
•Yearly cleaning of die head, barrel and screw (3 layers), to maintain a good quality of film and prevent the die line.
•Assisted Service Engineer’s on installation / erection and assembly of new machines.
•Perform other tasks by the Maintenance Manager from time to time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible in corrective and preventive maintenance of Injection, Blow molding, UV Printing machine.
2. Carry-out repair of sequence malfunction of Blow molding and Injection molding machine.
Perform Preventive Maintenance as scheduled by the production department once it reaches 5000 running hours. Coordination of Production Manager to Maintenance Manager for manpower and scope of work scheduled.
3. Repair of pneumatic air leaks and oil leak of hydraulic system. Re-condition or replacement of defective parts of all actuators, solenoid valves, hydraulic valves etc.
4. Maintaining and conditioning of clamping, calibrating, carriage hydraulic cylinders and replacement of seals.
5. Re-condition and repair of the piston and vane pumps.
6. Cleaning of hydraulic tank and inspection replacement of oil filter.
7. Cleaning of die head, barrel screw and barrel.
8. Replace bearing of gearbox screw.
10. Dry run the machine once completed the PM with the presence of Production Supervisor for verification and acceptance of machine.
11. Once verification and acceptance are done PM documents signed by both section representatives and machines resume into normal operation.
