• Provide consultancy, technical support and development of business solutions to customers.
• Organize, co-ordinate and manage the complete Request for Information and Proposal of customer requests.
• Broad understanding of various Business Systems such as ERP, CRM.
• Provide technical/commercial solution support, as and when required.
• Perform analysis, requirements gathering and gap analysis to propose and advice for better solution to improve the work procedure for the customers.
• Prepare Executive Summary, Scope of Work, Statement of Work, and Technical reports for projects.
• Plan and coordinate the analysis, design, configuration, timely implementation, and testing of solution.
• Provide on-call support for complex and critical solution problems and issues.
• Deploy and configure the business solutions at customer premises and monitor the performance.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with the customers and liaise with other business opportunities and support areas to ensure successful end to end delivery.
• Prepare System, External Interface, User Interface Specs and Gap Analysis Document.
• Prepare Business Analysis Reports (BAR) which could accommodate the possible solutions, SWOT analysis of identified solution and High Level design of the proposed solution.
• Prepare project charter for the projects.
• Estimate time, cost and resource for the project.
• Strong interface between the customer and the development team to identify and resolve business system problems, and consults with various users to identify potential improvements.
• Develop detailed functional specification documents for developers to develop technical specifications.
Map current business processes to provide a foundation for defining business activities and improving business processes.
Perform data collection and analysis to assess processes performance.
Document inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and recommend specific and innovative changes to effect improved efficiencies.
As a part of IT Team, support and maintain IT modules/functions of the organization.
Transform strategic objectives into viable business solutions and respond to changing demands from original specifications.
Develop and maintain business and technical project documentation.
Maintain deliverable solution; analyzed, reviewed and advised to adapt to new requirements.
Establish and enforce standards for information system securities and policies.
Provide solution add-on to facilitate processes handled by different divisions of the organization.
He suggested and used third party components to increase functionality of existing systems and engineer components and modules for integration purposes.
Participate in planning, designing, and implementing efficient information systems.
