•Handling the works like Civil (Foundation), Tower Erection and Stringing Activities.
•Planning and preparing work schedule as per client's requirements.
•Maintaining a project communication link between the company and Client.
•Check, monitor/ review work progress according to work schedule.
•Man power distribution according to the work schedule and priority given by client.
•Strictly monitor the work complying all HSE requirements of the Client and Consultant.
•QA/QC report filling, JMC preparation.
