Primarily my role was dual by being a client consultant to deliver as Project Manager. Specific roles as below:
Tasks
- Manage client relationships and expectations along with project management and account stability.
- Client and business development and recommendations including short and long term brand strategy
- New business proposal and pitch co-ordination
- Driving creative through the agency
- Budgetary management including working with Account Director on quarterly forecasts
- Collaborate and coordinate with ATL and social media teams to ensure alignment and integration across all 360 campaigns
- Pre and post campaign analysis and reporting
- Be the team leader that ensures great execution - high quality, timely and cost effective/on budget
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple clients, internal resources and external suppliers on a day-to-day basis, resolving issues when in their infancy to prevent escalation
- Handle and delegate mainline responsibilities to team and resources
- Contribution to the Strategy & Planning team
- Deliver solutions on projects and clients
- Primary contact for client communication on all subject matters
- Managing multiple accounts simultaneously by retaining, growing and satisfying business relationship to provide end to end solutions and servicing as well as ensuring delivery
- Responsible for continuous project risk assessment; time/cost budget management
- Take lead role in a digital project lifecycle; scoping SOW, planning CPS, managing, monitoring and evaluating effectiveness
- Have a thorough understanding of client’s brand, market, business and culture
