Job Responsibilities
Daily Server & Interface Monitoring.
Managing and maintains of file server share folders and access permissions, Maintain file server disk capacity
Managing and Maintaining windows update server (WSUS)
Managing other construction oriented servers (CIMS, ENSEMBLE and FMCS)
Making user id in the server and installing application in the users systems for access the servers
Coordinating with head office for the VPN issues and server errors
Reporting to ISP (KEMS) for WAN link down issues and coordinating with the wireless support team (WIMD) for rectify the wireless issues and resolve
Weekly based file server backup scheduling in the sinology backup server
Arranging and Installing systems and telephone for new joining users assigning IP address and installing department printers
Requesting to Head office for make company e-mail id’s for new joining users and configuring the outlook 2010 in the users system
Controlling office PBX system and making telephone extension and assigning to the department based users
Managing and maintaining office printers (14 no’s) issues and coordinating with the service desk for resolve the major issues of printers
Keeping inventory details of all company computers, monitors, printers
Keeping IP address list of all users
Making purchase request for all IT oriented items as per the requirement

Providing support to more than 130 users to resolve related to the hardware, software and network
Providing support to Project Department for client (KNPC) and subcontractors for different issues
Giving support for company camp users for Wi-Fi issues and personal system trouble shooting
Daily based inspection of Camp Wi-Fi and entertainment server
Document Job Responsibilities
Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly
Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
