Role: Project/Tender
Manage the major project and project related activities with other departments, sub-contractors and
Clients.
* Understand the Scope of Work, milestones and monitor the changes of scope.
* Lead the project activities like preparation of Project Execution Plan, Procedures, SOW, Cost/ Man-
hour Estimate.
* Manage the Project construction team & Consultant/Client in order to achieve progress and milestones.
* Monitor and Control the project budget and resources.
* Co-ordinations with Sub Contractors - Contractors and Suppliers for various work discussions, material
approval from client and reviewing the quotation.
* Close Coordination with the project support team i.e. Planning, HSEQ and Finance.
* Review and approve Engineering deliverables, Drawings and Technical documents.
* Management and evaluation of vendor performance.
* Execute PRs to POs and executes the contracts through SAP.
* Approve the invoices as per the PO/Contract’s terms and conditions.
* Ensure Quality Management systems are implemented as per Project Quality standards
* Lead the final documentation during the closure of the project with the project team.
* Involve in the formal review of the project post completion to identify lessons learnt and Client
feedback.
* Analyse and prepare the Delay Analysis report, if case of delays.
* Report to Project and Department Head.
* Prepare monthly invoices of the Projects
