• Editing CV's of the Applicants and answering phone calls from the workers and employers.
• Responsible for emails, and dealing with inquiries in a Professional manner in person or on telephone calls.
• Responsible for Contract and Visas for Applicants, and all other important documents needed.
• Attend to POLO Kuwait for processing of contracts, welfare cases, and submission of monitoring.
• Maintaining diaries/log books of daily basis transactions (Application, Visas, and Contracts.
• Making transmittals of visa and contracts, scanning and filing documents.
• Responsible for clearances and making reports to be submitted in the Embassy.
• Updating weekly database of the applicant's status and monitoring of arrivals.
• Coordinating with our counterpart agency for applicant's updates.
• Attending and briefing the arrival of Domestic worker from the Philippines.
• Monitoring their welfare during contracts.
* Checking and answering emails, editing CV's of the applicant.
* Answering phone calls from the Employer and the applicants.
*Checking Visas and sending to the Philippines.
*Coordinating with our counterpart agency in the Philippines.
*Responsible for Welfare Department.
*Maintaining stock control, in charge of ordering, receiving, storing, record keeping, and
perform other related duties as required.
* Encoding and sending daily basis report, performs inventory audits every
month.
* Responsible for a complete store facility handling a limited variety of
materials.
• Greets all customers politely when they enter the restaurant and maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Collects payments by accepting cash, checks, or charge payments and makes change for customers.
• Verifies credit acceptance and operates credit card authorization systems.
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shifts by following checkout procedures.
