• Preparation of financial statements and related schedules in accordance to the closing timelines.
• Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivables functions and coordinating with the banks.
• Responsible for revenue recognition, expense booking and monthly accrual processes.
• Closely worked in the implementation of Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Preparation of daily bank and monthly intercompany reconciliation statements.
• Co-ordinated with external auditors during the interim and year-end audits.

• Accounting responsibilities of regional offices at Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.
• Review of employee expense reimbursements of approximately 40 staffs.
• Conducted testing on Internal Controls for all areas to comply with SOX, SEC guidelines.
• Preparation and presentation of dashboard to the top management on the basis of both financial and operational performance.
• Responsible for accounts payable function.
