In the capacity of Marketing/Alliances/ Relationship manager, my job responsibilities are very vast and are not limited to the below:
• New Partners on boarding for Banks Retail Marketing program
• Managing current partnerships to ensure no attrition
• Meeting with Partners and understand their needs and look for possible collaboration
• Ensuring Strategic alliances for Private banking and High end Clients
• Managing partners on boarding to ensure that all banking programs are in tact with various propositions
• Look for Cross Sell initiatives and channelize to the right unit for Loans, Cards etc.
• Managing key relationships under hospitality and retail portfolio across UAE
• Ensuring prompt response to all relationships including retailers under the portfolio
• Handling a current portfolio of AED 2.6 billion, growing at a pace of more than 20% per annum
• Handling marketing initiatives across the portfolio including activities ensuring high card spends, Product related tie ups, Tactical campaigns across the year.
• Played a pivotal roles in the launch of Largest Easy Payment Plan and the dining program known as Mashreq Flavors
• Strong negotiation skills to manage partnerships across the product ranges available within the bank
• Strong leadership skills and end to end management of organization tie ups
• Key role while managing all the collection activities for certain programs from the partners
• Implementation of new products within the relationships such as Dynamic Currency Conversion, Salaam Reward program etc
