 Senior Quantity Surveyor assignment leading a team of quantity surveyors and reporting to the Project Manager and Operations Manager.

 Identify and process Variations to the Engineer/Consultant including Variation order proposals, Quantification and Evaluation.

 Prepare and process monthly valuation under the main Contract Agreement and follow up with the Consultant for payment certificate.

 Draft appropriate letters of entitlement, notifications and reply to contractual matters as and when required throughout the project duration in coordination with Project team.

 Participate in meetings with the with Consultant, Subcontractors, suppliers etc. in pursuance of commercial and contractual matters.

 Dealing with Field Change Requests, Request for Information responses, Request for Alternate proposals etc. according to the Change Control procedures.

 Project Final Account settlement with the Consultant for Main Contract and with Subcontractors for various subcontract packages.

 Prepare the necessary monthly reports for the Cost Control & Finance Department.

 Finalization of Provisional Sum Packages and Prime Cost Rate Adjustments in accordance with Main Contract Conditions.

 Timely preparation of subcontractor’s payment certificates in compliance with company procedures.

 Site visits to ensure progress is complying within claims and payment made is according to agreement.

 Prepare Bill of Quantities for major Provisional Sum packages and Subcontract Packages.

 Take off quantities for major materials of procurement.

 Prepare and process monthly valuation under the main Contract Agreement and follow up with the Client & Consultant QS for payment certificate.

 Take off quantities for major materials of procurement (Concrete, Reinforcement and Finishes - Wall, Floor and Ceiling).

 Prepare Bill of Quantities for major Subcontract packages (Façade, Landscape, Steel Structures etc).

 Identify and process variations to Engineer/Consultant including Variation orders, Quantification and Evaluation.

 Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of full commercial reports for presentation to the Site Commercial Manager.

 Dealing with FCR, RFI, etc. according to the change control procedures.

 Timely preparation of subcontractors and suppliers payment in compliance with company procedures.

 Coordinate with engineering department to get the latest IFC & Shop drawings to update the Quantities and to give notices to the Engineer for any changes from tender drawings.

 Pre and post job quantity and cost analysis.

 Preparation of material procurement schedule.

 Valuation of monthly work progress for invoicing to the main contractor.

 Preparation of Bill of Quantities for onward submission of tenders & quotations.

 Identify and process variations to the main Contractor including Quantification and Evaluation.

 Tracking the project progress by coordinating with site Engineer & Supervisors.

 Attend weekly commercial and progress meeting.

 Preparing & Submission of management reports.

 Preparing costing sheets based on the progress at site & monthly cash flow statements.

 Master quantity calculation.

 Reconciliation of materials & accounts on monthly basis.

 Prepare and process monthly valuations for Sub Contractors.

 Site visit to ensure progress is complying with the claims in costing sheet.

 Prepare the cost statements for half yearly cost auditing.
