• Prepare design and drawing and detailing of structures, steel, and concrete in accordance with local and international codes.
• Supervise and coordinate all design activities in the precast plant, such as designing precast members' drawings, moulds and allocating manpower.
• Produce design drawings on all precast elements including beam, columns, flooring systems, tee-beams, architectural façade, hollow core panels and wall etc.
• Material Quantity take-off and Cost Estimation of Precast Elements.
• Prepare and checking shop drawings.
• Checking and analysis of design calculation from 3rd parties.
• Coordination with design department and clients.
• Completion of works as per defined schedule/milestone.
• Attendance of design workflow efficiency improvement seminars.

• Prepared highly-detailed structural drawings for Precast Building and Towers, Multi-Storey Buildings, Labor Accommodations, Villas and other reinforced concrete/steel structures.
Precast Company Clients: (Dubai Precast, United Precast, RAK Precast, Juma Al Majid, and Bina Precast-Saudi Arabia)
• Work closely with the operational and service relation teams and utilize skills to ensure that company’s vision and goals are achieved.
• Promotes customer oriented service and provide accurate information to different clients.
• Responsible in drawing preparation of bored piles, foundation, columns, shear walls, coping, cast-in-place void slabs, parapet wall, etc. in accordance with applicable project standards, procedures & specifications.
• Preparation and checking of shop drawings.
• Coordination with related disciplines (Contractors, Architectural & MEP)

• Design and Plan Precast Elements for Towers, Villas, Accommodations, Car Park, Residential and Commercial Buildings, and other precast structures.
• Prepare Shop drawings of Precast Panels and GRC Architectural Facade.
• Meeting with clients and communicating the ideas in a clear manner via presentations, discussions and drawings.
• Carrying a design from the initial concept stages to final completion and handover.
• Provide Precast Structural and Architectural Drawing based on clients drawing.
• Responsible of timely completion of Projects handled co-ordination with Consultants and Contractors.
• Coordinates with the construction manager / supervisor in casting & erection of pre-cast elements.
