•Repair & overhaul chilled water pumps, make - up water pumps of chiller plants
• Installation, AHU, FCU, split, package, kitchen chiller/freezer, cold store, heater, ventilating fans.
• Replacement compressor & reprocess the system of Carrier 30 GX screw air cooled chiller.
• Working as a site team leader of HVAC technician.
• Responsible to receiving and attending customer complains.
• On call schedule to attend emergency complains by the customers.
• Responsible for making daily reports accomplishment in the site.
•Modify & troubleshoot different motor controllers /PCB’s
•Overhaul semi - hermetic compressor & screw compressor of chiller.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshoot and Repair all maximum and minimum breakdown of unit such as AHU, FAHU, FCU, Split, Package, Precision Leibert, Kitchen Chiller/Freezer, Cold Store, Ventilation Fans and Carrier 30 GX Screw Air cooled Chiller.
• Repair and Maintenance the Chiller Plants and Energy Transfer System such(ETS) such as heat exchanger, chilled water pump motor & make up water pump motor, VFD, PLC of system.
• Installation, troubleshoot, modify from electronic to manual motor controller
• Monitor pressure gauges, ammeters, flowmeters, thermometers and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions, such as feed rate, product consistency, temperature, air pressure, and machine speed.
• Repair Mechanical Equipments - Servicing, adjusting/balancing, degreasing, replacement bearings, shaftseal, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical principles.
•Repair & replacement defective all valves, AAV, Actuator, gear boxes, & also CHWP’s
• Reviewing blueprints plan before installation air conditioning units.
• Making routine maintenace adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.
•Recover refrigerant using recovery machine and properly dispose when servicing air conditioning equipment, since refrigerants can be harmful to the environment.
• Conduct and implement safety procedures at all times, Like PTW, use proper PPE at any works, LOCK-OUT TAG- OUT when all hazardous energy involve & job hazard analysis before start the works.

•Responsible for servicing of AHU, FCU, Window type, package, split (ducted), multi-spit (VRV/VRF) & centralize units airconditioning.
•Maintenace& repair, like replacement of FILTER DRIER, SOLENOID VALVE, EXPANSION VALVE, COMPRESSOR (ROTARY, SCROLL, HERMETIC, OPEN / SCREW TYPE) General cleaning Indoor / Outdoor units, & Reprocess the system.
•Attend complains, troubleshoot & fixed airconditioning problems in different areas inside and outside Metro Manila.
•Installer different brand of A/C units in Residential Houses, buildings of Industrial companies, hotels, banks & malls.
•Air Balancing & Fabrication of duct works
•Can read & understand Blue prints plan
•Survey & Estimate site for installation A/C units.
•Operate Oxy - Acetylene Welding & Brazing like Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Metal, etc.

• Repair / Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical parts of refrigerator, chiller / freezer, cold storage, reefer van, vennding machine, ice maker, washing machine, water cooled dispenser, window, split, package, centralized airconditioning units.
• Recover / Retrofit refrigerant CFC to HFC ( R- 12 to 134A ) & reprocess the refrigeration /airconditioning system.
• Make service reports after finish works with signature by customers & give to supervisor
• Install, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating, ventilation & airconditioning units at residential houses, hotels / spa, malls, commercial buildings, banks, fast food chain(Mc Donald’s, PizzaHut)and schools.

• Resposible repair and maintenance of AHU’s, FAHU, FCU, VENTILATING FANS, DX units, Chiller Plants, Cooling Tower& Chilled water pumps.
• Coordinate to CCC (control command center) regarding BMS and HVAC operation in the Mall.
• Initiate/Perform scheduled/planned preventive and corrective maintenance of AHU, FAHU, FCU and Chilled Water Pumps, Chiller & Cooling Tower.
• Attend/Response in tenants complains regarding HVAC equipment problems.
•Conduct AHU performace test after finish preventive maintenance and using instrument, like RTD thermometer, manometer, anemometer, ammeter& megger tester for checking insulation resistance of all motor winding/feeder line wires.
Conduct preventive maintenance, Troubleshoot & calibrate all motor controls (VSD& VFD), actuator valves, DDC through the command testing of BMS controller.
• Conduct FCU servicing in mall tenants as per work request/schedules in the contract.
• Updates job cards, service reports and checklist for filing.
• Conduct daily reading temperature at all tenants & mall areas for monitoring the actual room temperature .
• Coordinate to electrical and plumbing in emergency works and special projects.
• Ensure all materials required is identified and communicated to superior or supervisor in performing preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate in contractor for any A/C installation and other project
