Providing the line management advice, support and guidance on HSE technical and safety management system issues in line with the CCIC HSE and Client General Mandate to closely coordinate with the Construction Manager in ensuring comprehensive site supervision and consistent implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) plans and requirements. To ensure that all project and site personnel are aware of and adhere to legislation, guidelines, Codes of Practice, Standards, JSA’s and Methods of Statement. To implement the workplace inspection program and collaborate with key personnel in accomplishing regular internal HSE audits on the system, processes, procedures and work practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency procedures which includes measures on delivery, accident reporting as well as documented drill exercises
. Continuously survey workplace safety to identify and assess hazards and subsequently develop control mechanisms to minimize such. To ensure promptly respond to incidents or accidents and accomplish corresponding examinations and reports. Provide personnel with comprehensive and updated HSE information. Likewise, establish practices for the recognition and rewarding of employees who display HSE excellence.

Spearheaded the development, planning and implementation of all aspects of the company’s HSE programs. Served as primary point of contact for both government and private inspections and audits. Functioned as Chairman for safety meetings which tackled inspection reviews, accident investigations and recommendation implementation. Rolled out safety induction and training programs in support of company HSE efforts. Implemented regular drills to maintain readiness and ensure immediate and correct response emergency situations. Ensured that manufacturing activities such as fabrication and assembly of various metal heat sink products are done as per industry best practices and company standards on safety, quality and productivity

Consistently responded to customer needs with developed precision machining processes in tooling, jigs and fixtures. Responsible to ensured that all processes were at its most effective which resulted to optimal productivity rates and on time customer delivery.
