 Prepare comparative statements for different suppliers & subcontractors.
 Monitors material delivers and actual material consumption at site.
 Responsible Contractual Correspondence of Contractor’s & Employer.
 Quantity Take Off for all Civil elements (Manually, A-CAD) based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BOQ with description
 Additional BOQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer.
 Feasibility studies (cost per key, cost per m2 etc.)
