Responsible in leading the Al Jouf Airport Development Project under the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in a Design-Build Lean Project Delivery system.

The 400 Million Saudi Riyals project involves design development to construction management and site supervision.

1. Review and approve the Project Quality Control Inspection Plan as the master document to ensure compliance with minimum standards of material & workmanship as defined in the Quality Management Plan.
2. Systematize the QCIP to ensure the performance of the facility according to the design & agreed decisions.
3. Review & approve the Construction Inspection and Test Plan to reflect the requirements of the contract documents. Reference the ITP in the QMP and cross-reference to the other related ITPs.
4. Approve each ITP and/or associated certification to the Contractor as a requisite to commencing the work.
5. Review & approve Contractor's checklists for each work area & identify them according to location.
6. Ensures that all personnel under the QA/QC Department shall carry out inspections, surveillance & tests in accordance with the ITPs, provide notices to the Contractor, Client and/or regulatory authorities for HWPs, as designated, & record the results on checklists.
7. Prepares NCR for works & methods not complying with the approved drawings & details, specifications, method of works & all other agreed documents as approved.
8. Assist in the documentation of completed works including to the project handing-over process.
9. Ensures that all activities in the project are properly documented.
10. Ensures the well-being & development of personnel under the QA/QC Department.
11. Review & approve Architectural Shop Drawings submitted by the Contractor in coordination with other disciplines.
12. Review & approve Method Statements for various works submitted by the Contractor & ensure that work implementation in the Site shall be in accordance with the approved Method Statements & Material Submittals.
13. Review & approved Architectural Material Submittals & Samples of the Contractor & ensure that those submitted shall conform to minimum standards set at the Specifications.
14. Performs such other related tasks as may be assigned by the Resident Engineer.

d. Ensure all project scope defined is stipulated in the ITP to emphasize ITP as the document that validates the project.
e. Identify all inspection bodies, subcontractors & supplier working on the site to define Points of Contacts.
3. Prepares ITP to reflect requirements of the contract documents. Reference ITP in the QMP & cross-reference to related ITPs.
4. Issue each ITP & associated certification to the Owner for consideration prior to commencing work described in the Plan.

1. Undertake the preparation of preliminary design requirement for proposed projects. Conducts site surveys on proposed sites for the construction of the proposed structures.
