•Performs services and maintenance, additional installation, commissioning of CCTV system (i.e. DVN5016RT-L, DVN5000, DVN5016RRA-0101, ENDURA NSM5200, PELCO cameras) and access control system (i.e. CK722, CK721-A).
•Attends troubleshooting, Desktop PC Assembly and Computer Networking (i.e. LAN and router).
•Coordinates with the subcontractors for the additional projects.
•Conducts operational test of the system after installation.
•Ensures that all functions and ranges of all devices are operating properly before the turn over.
•Conducts preventive maintenance of CCTV and access control system.
•Handling paper works including Quotations, Preventive Maintenance Reports, and Service Reports.
•Performs cabling, installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of CCTV system (i.e. Rover Systems, AVTECH, KODICOM, Securelink Pro, HAWK IP cameras) and access control system (i.e. ZK, IDTECK, HID).
•Configures remote camera monitoring on the internet or on a local area network.
•Conducts research and development of equipments prior to delivery to the clients of imported and local equipments.
•Does operational tests of the system after installation.
•Ensures that all functions and ranges of all devices are operating properly before the turn over.
•Conducts preventive maintenance of CCTV system and access control system.
•In-charge to submit daily service report regarding field service activities and project related task such as materials needed and manpower.
•Accepts typing jobs and school research projects via internet.
•Supervises and handle customers whose using internet services and network games.
•Ensures that all workstations, computer peripherals and network connectivity are working properly at all times

•Responsible in installation of computer drivers.
