JOB DESCRIPTIONS: • Preparing detailed work schedule and evaluate on site conditions that will impact production approach, project scope and required time and schedule.
• Arrange and assign daily work program and coordinate with project / site manager of the daily work plan and to ensure all activities are carried out without delayed.
• Review and evaluate all necessary technical information and all other relevant shop drawings in preparation for site execution.
• In-charge on project implementation and site supervision as well as quality assurance and make sure quality of work has been implemented in accordance with the plans & specifications.
• Do quantity take off, BOQ / Tender preparation and other technical reports related to civil works.
• Ensure all construction works are executed & carried out as per approved plan & specifications.
• Conduct materials inspection available on site with consultant representative for approval prior to installation.
• Prepare inspection & testing request (ITR's), request for inspection (RFI's), and weekly- monthly project evaluation report.
• Preparation of as built CAD- drawing and other documents required for approval prior to final submission to client.
