• Allocation of accommodation for company Staff. Maintaining a computer record that explain occupancy and reserve accommodation.
• Camp Induction: Explain in formal way the camp rules and regulations to the new arrivals and record their acceptance.

• Supervision and periodic inspection of accommodation & rooms for cleaning standards, housekeeping and general hygiene & advice the maintenance staffs during daily briefing.
• Check the turnout of catering staff, quality of food, storage of food items, cleaning and housekeeping standards of food storage and dining halls. Advise catering Supervisor/Manager and maintenance staff accordingly.
• Make a computerized fire plan and position the First AID, firefighting equipment according to the plan. Periodic inspection of these equipment’s and dealing with vendor if required.
• Periodic inspections of cooling systems fitted in the accommodations for their effectiveness and do repairs/replacements as required basis.
• Dealing with respective vendors for supply of certified potable water, sewage clearance etc.
• Scrutinize the suggestions/complaints raised by the compound residents. Trying and sorting out it within the scope or project/follow up the problem with the management if required.
• Checking of Laundry services for clothes washing standard and prompt delivery.
• Participation in periodic walk through with HSE staff and paramedic and take a note of points for necessary corrective action.
• Manage the transportation for the staff as per the established transportation schedule to the nearest main city and back to camp. Provide emergency transportation for taking patients to hospital, departure/arrival to and from the airport etc.
• Supply and record keeping of Compound Main Store of all kinds of maintenance items & also living items such as blankets, pillows, bed sheets, towels etc. to the residents.
• Supervision and ensure the discipline & timings in recreation rooms.
• Conducting surprise checks for ensuring alertness by compound security staff.
• Display Compound rules and regulations, management notices, HSE reports, medical bulletins weekly menus on notice boards.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
