Water and Wastewater Treatment Department
 Oversees facilities operations to ensure compliance with established procedures and the work outputs meet technical standards.
 Reports facilities operation status, performance, and plans to senior operation and site managers.
 Manages a group of operators confirming activities are within the timeline and adheres to health and safety regulations.
 Creates monthly operators shifting work schedules in line with operations activities, day offs and regular leaves.
 Publishes punch lists and consults senior operation managers in making decisions on technical issues and methods.
 Releases the permits for moving materials from Green Zone to Red Zone Areas and vice versa.
 Enforces the training of the personnel to meet and maintain the site qualification requirements.
 Collaborates with other engineering teams for equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
 Coordinates with third-party companies for other services such as providing equipment parts and additional external training.
 Performs various engineering administrative responsibilities.
 Manages site materials expenses and billings documentation.

Raw and Refined Sugar Department
 Prepares refinery facilities process diagram for pre-job briefing.
 Reports sugar production performance to senior production engineers.
 Guarantees the products quality are maintained.
 Implements established standard procedures throughout different phases of production.
 Monitors and provides effective direction on the maintenance of various equipment involve throughout different phases of manufacturing raw and refined sugar.
 Organizes equipment maintenance and repairs schedule.
 Assists senior production engineers in troubleshooting processes and equipment.

Soft Water and Wastewater Utilities Department
 Determines characteristics (i.e temperature, iron content, chlorine content, pH, alkalinity, acidity, turbidity, biological and chemical oxygen demand, etc.) of soft water, hard water, and wastewater in the plant.
 Tracks samples analyses results within the range of standard quality parameters.
 Monitors the water quality involve in different processes of the plant to prevent equipment scaling for smooth and efficient operation.
 Ensures the wastewater quality discharge to the environment in accordance with environmental regulations.
 Reports to senior quality manager the results of every series of tests conducted.
