• Review Project Work Methodologies.
• Liaise with Subcontractor regarding with the progress of installation on site.
• Liaise with Engineering Department regarding with the latest P&ID and Isometric Drawing and update for As-Built Drawing.
• Review Test Packages prior to submitting to Project Management Company (TPI)
• Ensure that the line is carried out through inspection and with satisfaction that the work has been correctly prepared for inspection before inviting the Company.
• Liaise with TPI/Project Management Company regarding with the Pipe Line Check and Inspection prior to Hydrotesting and liaise with Sub-contractor if there were Punch Clearing to be made.
• Liaise with Hydro Testing Department regarding with Pipeline Test Preparation and securing Safety Permit for the Testing to be conducted.
• Liaise with DCC and QAQC Department regarding the Documents to be filed and to be turned over.
• Supervise Hydrotesting on site.
• Review Project Technical Specification, LEED Requirements for GREEN Building Project.
• Review and inspection of Materials
• Prepare Method Statement, ITP, Reply to SDR/NCN, Progress Reports and other related QAQC Documents that may have requested by QAQC Manager and Project Manager.
• Liaise with the Qatar Foundation Consultants regarding with materials, installation, and technical queries.
• Supervise the quality of installation of all MEP services for 14 numbers of 3-story buildings prior to Client inspection for Pipelines, HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage and with the compliance for a Platinum Certification for a GREEN Building Project.

• Update the Engineers on site for the remaining activities and program of schedule for issuance and turning over of specific area of construction.
• Monitors Day to regarding the progress and activities on site andDay basis submit Daily Progress Report to General Contractor which will be submitted to the Client.
• Update the Planning Department for the Works which are turned-over to General Contractor by weekly basis.

Review the Project Technical Specifications, PI&D and Contract. Coordinate with the General Contractor and Client regarding with the Weekly QAQC Reports, Weekly Program of Activities and Site Progress Reports (Daily and Weekly Basis) . Prepare all related QAQC Documents such as Method Statements, PQP, Inspection Request, Material Delivery Approval and other documents requested by the Client. Supervise the Quality of installation basically on Piping and Piping Components in accordance to Project Requirements, Welding & ASME Codes. Assist the Commissioning Engineer during the Testing, Balancing and Commissioning Stage.
Desalination and Waste Water Treatment
• Review the Project Specification, Construction Drawings, P&ID and Contract.
• Liaise with the General Contractor and as to the Owner regarding with design clarifications and requirements.
• Supervise the quality of installation for Pipes, welding and Piping Components for every system with accordance to the Project Specifications and Requirements.
• Review Vendor’s Proposal if the product is within the Project Requirements.
• Perform Welding Inspection (e.g. Stainless Steel Pipes, Black Iron Pipes, Galvanize Iron Pipes and Cast Iron Pipes).
• Conducts Pressure and Leak Testing of the Installed Piping.
• Prepare all necessary QAQC Documents required by the Client and QAQC Documents prior to handling over of the project.
• Prepare Progress Reports and Checklists for all finished works which were inspected by the Client.
• Updating the General Contractor on Daily and Weekly basis regarding Progress Report and Weekly Program of Activities
• Prepare and Submit S-Curves of Progress on Daily and Weekly Basis.
• Conducts a meeting and presentation regarding Weekly Progress, Weekly Program and Problems encountering on site which hinders the progress.
• Assist on Testing, Balancing and Commissioning stage.
Project: Industrial Waste Water Treatment
Reverse Osmosis and De-Ionized Water System
• Review Project Technical Specifications of related works specifically for Waste Water Treatment and Reverse Osmosis De-ionized Water System. M
• Review the Material Submittals and design drawings.
• Coordinate with the General Contractor, Client and System Owners regarding with the Approval of Delivered Materials, Installation Approval and other QAQC Related Issues.
• Prepare PQP, Method Statement, Inspection Request, Reply to SDR's, QAQC Reports and other QAQC related documents required by Gen. Contractor and Client.
• Prepare Daily and Weekly Reports and issue to Project Manager and General Contractor regarding Progress on Site installation.
• Supervise the quality of the installed piping in accordance with the Design and P&ID, Space Management and Project Specification and Requirement.
• Supervise and inspect welding on pipes and structural components.
• Liaise with the System owner during Testing, Balancing and Commissioning Stage and during Plant Start Up and Manufacturing Stage.

Project: HVAC & CHILLED WATER
• Coordinate with General Contractor regarding Project Requirements and Specification.
• Review the design for HVAC Ductwork and Chilled Water Piping prior to installation.
• Liaise with the General Contractor regarding with the Design issues and clarification through RFI's.
• Supervise the quality of fabrication and installation of the system on each building units.
• Prepare QAQC Documents and Clearances prior to handling over of the installed services.
• Assist in Testing and Commissioning prior to hand over of the project to Unit Owners.
Design & Build for Steam and Condensate
Review the system requirement of the Units regarding with the steam and air requirements, pipe sizing calculation and pipe routing design and installation. Supervise the installation of Steam and Compressed Dry Air piping. Formulates project planning based on time frame schedule, budget and manpower loading. Supervise the quality control of the installation specially on welding both SMAW and GTAW. Assist the Testing and Balancing of the system including Steam Boiler and Steam Pipeline Performance and Efficiency.
Review Project Specification, Scope of Works and System Design prior to installation. Supervise work installation including pipe construction, pipe support erection, machine and utilities positioning and manpower management. Prepare Weekly Progress output, manpower schedule and Inspection. Supervise Testing and Commissioning of the system.
Review Project Technical Specification of Related Works, Project Requirements and Design Review prior to installation. Familiarize Clean Room and Facilities since installation and system to be installed will be supplied to those Areas. Familiarize and strict compliance on Health and Safety Standards. Supervision of piping installation in accordance with the Design Drawings, Technical Specifications and Site Instructions. Supervise the Quality and Control of the installed works. Assisting in Testing, Balancing and Commissioning stage.
