Leading the supply chain activity of all group’s companies.
The objective of my job is to ensure the achievement of operational excellence in the supply chain activity, to manage, coach and ensure the improvement of the skills of the teams, to animate them to achieve economic and human objectives by operational and functional management of teams of various profiles and skills.
Missions:
- Operational and functional management of supply chain activities of all group’s companies
- Installing and launching the “Operational Excellence” approach for the supply chain activity

Taking charge of the Supply Chain activity of two factories: the new Mineral Water Company adding the Sidi Bouzid Dairy Plant.
The main goal of my position is to manage the entire supply chain of the two companies, ensure supplies, manage stocks and monitor sales budgets by managing teams of various profiles and skills.

In the Sidi Bouzid Dairy Plant - Tunisia
Within the leading dairy industry in Tunisia, the purpose of my job consists on management of the whole logistic process, provide supplies, manage inventories and ensure that the sales budget is strictly respected by operational and functional management of teams of various profiles and skills.
Missions:
- Following the retro schedule of the factory construction as a member of the executive committee
- To ensure the launching and the rise in activity of a new production unit

- Coaching, training, animating and motivating the teams

On a given geographical perimeter (Europe), the objective of my job was to buy, to produce and deliver among
qualified suppliers goods Passion Brand, ensuring value price / exclusive quality / lead-time.

- Develop business plan of the various suppliers of my field of activity
- Turnover increase commitment
- Develop Market share, the business providers network, customer loyalty portfolio
- Decide about targets and negotiate terms within collaboration with my purchaser (prices control)
- Decide about animation mode of my suppliers to reach the targets (monitoring my activity)

I was in charge of a quality control laboratory and a decade of technicians.
Missions:
- Train, lead and motivate the technicians team
- Ensure proper implementation of control procedures and team activity
- Ensure quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Carry out all the physical and metrological control tests

I was production & quality manager of a factory with a large machine park. I managed 4 production teams, a
