• Receives orders from sales department and check the availablity of goods.
• Communicates with suppliers related to replacement and returns of goods.

• Prepares export documents such as invoices, test reports and certificate of origin.
• Arranges local deliveries in coordination with the warehouse In-charge.
• Records and files order, export, and shipment documents from the vendor.
• Requests test reports in head office for export purposes.
• Processes invoices as per the proof of delivery in the system.
• Forwards final invoices to Accounts department for payment purposes.
• Attends to customer's queries and concerns.
I am 1/3 of Veterans Regional Hospital's IT department, our general goal as an MIS staff is to manage a government issued hospital information system. The said information system is called "Hospital Operations and Management Information System" (HOMIS). We handle networking as well as network troubleshooting, we enhance the system, as per request by the end users, we manage our database. We are also responsible for installing new softwares, and troubleshooting.
The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program prepares students to be IT professionals who are able to perform installation, operation, development, maintenance and administration of computer applications. The goal of the program is to gear up students as "information technologists" who can assist individuals and organizations in solving problems using information technology (IT) techniques.
