As a Recorder Operations Support Engineer, I am responsible for maintaining the Recording Infrastructure services in both production and pre-production environments. Working as part of a 24x7 team, my role involves assisting with upgrades, troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting, and overall improvement of the cloud-based Recording Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and analyzing Tomcat and/or Websphere Application servers.

• Allocated all SAN LUNs to VIOS, which were then virtually allocated to client LPARs (VIOCs) by creating Virtual Disks/Virtual Target Devices (VTD) as per the disk requirement of each client LPAR (VIOC).
