Managing a team of four accountants, responsible to maintain accounting principles, policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of Accounting division as an internal strength factor in the organization strategy.
Core responsibilities:
•Ownership of the general ledger and all accounting/financial activities.
•Provide the management with a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure, along with advice regarding financial decisions.
•Establish measurements and design systems, resolve problems and implement changes at the level of the finance activities.
•Assess the risks related to the finance processes, identify control measures, and discuss/escalate to the risk committee.
•Responsible to make sure that control measures related to identified risks under the finance activities are properly implemented on continuous basis.
•Member of the risk management committee; attend the committee meetings and actively participate in the risk management activities.
•Mentor and develop the finance team through managing work allocation, identifying training needs, conducting training sessions, solving problems, and periodically evaluating the performance of the finance department’s team members.
•Attend monthly management review meetings as part of the senior management.
•Review and approve financial planning reports, monthly profit and loss, analysis of the financial performance (Actual vs. budget) and monthly cash flow forecast.
•Participate in the QMR and Business Plan preparation by filling the financial part in these reports.
•Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
•Review the collection of revenues.
•Manage the preparation of audit activities (internal and external) and provide the required support to external and internal Auditors during their missions.
•Act as the company’s representative towards financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, auditors, Regulator, public officials, etc.

Participate and preparing the capital budget, and prepare the budget control to analyze variance.
•Prepare cash flow
•Analysis request for new item & conduct feasibility study.
•Collect and analysis data to prepare standard statistical report.
•Controls, reviews and verify information in statically report prepared by the IT.
•Carries out cost analysis by department to determine cost / unit.
•Carries out daily control of all medical and non medical supplies purchased with a new cost in order to adjust the selling price.
