Executive Coordinator for the Chairman for various tasks:

1. Personal Assistant to the Chairman
- Organize and update diaries ensuring that the Chairman is updated of his upcoming schedules
- Set-up appointments to relevant clients
- Arrange travel including relevant document such as visa
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Provide assistance during meetings and presentations; and sometimes representing the company in his absence
- Screen phone calls, emails, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Produce and file confidential documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Prepare documents for his family such as insurance, travel document, visa, and such

2. Human Resources Department
- Build, maintain, and develop the relationship with management and employees
- Initial point of contact for the management
- Implement company policies and ensure that all employees abide
- Compute and approve overtime pay of the employees
- Maintain and update employee records

3. Insurance Department
- Source-out and renew insurance for the company such as vehicles, medical, aviation, and property
- Review insurance coverage and benefits ensuring that it is up to the standard of the company
- Responsible in managing and sending claims for the company
- Resolve issues and act as a bridge between insurer/reinsurer and the company

4. Operations Department
- Support in assisting the flight dispatchers in handling VVIP clients during flights especially if there are major events such as Formula 1, Bahrain Air Show, and the likes

5. Sales & Marketing Department
- Represent the company’s executive team in some various projects and meetings
- Compute rates for flight enquiries
- Coordinate with different hotels for possible tie-ups with the company

6. Head of Flight Safety and Quality Assurance Department
- Directly liaise and support the Quality Assurance Manager in delivering assigned tasks

7. Maintenance Department
- Appointed as Maintenance Administrator and Parts & Inventory controller
- Responsible in purchase of aircraft parts, logistics and tracking

3. Stocks Monitoring
 Tasked to monitor inventory level of the store in order to maintain stock level to avoid stock shortage and over stocked store.
 Responsible in requesting additional stocks or transfer of slow moving stocks to faster disposal of stocks.
 Supervises product delivery and Display of goods.
4. Profit
 Controls assigned P &L (Product and Loss)

5. Administration
 Completes assigned daily, weekly, monthly and year-end reports as needed by superiors and top management.
