• Serve as the QA/QC Manager for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services of Afghanistan National Security Forces facilities
• Responsible for the development of a QA/QC and inspection program which meets the provisions of the Operations Action Plan (OAP) and Government specifications
• Review Operation and maintenance activities and capabilities in conformance with quality requirements.
• Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the staff's quality or inspection system including Quality Assurance Report, KPI metrics, and Surveillance Inspection report.
• Analyze quality data to detect unsatisfactory trends or weaknesses in the crew's quality or inspection system.
• Verify by test or inspection that quality procedures are complied with contractual requirements before they are utilized.
• Request corrective action by the crew when inadequacies are detected in the inspection system or quality program
• Coordinate the disposition on Operation and Maintenance work scope non- conformance.
• Fulfill duties and responsibilities for controlling O&M services quality in accordance with Performance Work Statement or PWS as contractual requirements, and that the completed O&M services conform to specifications and/or government's recommendations. This involves both the procurement of parts as well as the maintenance and major repairs of the power generators and/or switchgear, Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant and major facilities.
• Investigate customer complaints and deficiency reports, and provide identification of causes to appropriate activities.
• Review and recommend approval/disapproval of work over and above that contractually authorized; and where applicable, perform quality assurance support activities at the crew's level
• Assist in the review and approval of all subcontractors and suppliers invoices prior to submitting to ensure that work has been completed according to contract requirements.
• Familiar with the Operations Action Plan (OAP) and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the OAP.
• Maintain close relationships with Military prime power group to ensure all their requirements are fully met in accordance with the task order and prime contract requirements.
• Ensure that Operations and Maintenance services are performed and being met to a good quality standard.

• Implement company policy for both technical and administrative scope of work.

• Implement Environmental Health and Workplace Safety Rules.

• Qualify newly Hand-over Facilities and Equipments.

• Coordinate work scope improvements and assist USACE COR of Engineers in defining proposals and work requirements.

• Initiate Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) to improve quality of Site works.
