Prepare proposals, project schedules and deliverables with the head of Master Planning. Lead the design and technical development to comply with requirements and standards.
Supervise the MP team through Pre-concept, Concept and Detail stages. Prepare and coordinate reports for client and authorities approvals.
Coordinate with parties and consultants (engineers, tra c, cost...) to secure a cohesive proposal. Coordinate 3D models, visualizations and animations.

Project - Xiamen New Master Plan (China): Lead the MP team on the development of a new master plan competition of 450 Ha in the city of Xiamen. Coordinate with the architect team, technical consultants and 3D renderings to consolidate a cohesive and competitive proposal.

Project - D3 Master Plan Review (UAE): Lead the collaboration between Parsons and WB to revise the approved infrastructure and land uses with the aim of increasing the GFA of the D3-2013 master plan. Propose three scenarios to evaluate the cost and benefits of increasing the GFA versus the necessity of more services and possible infrastructure.

Project - Township Master Plan Riyadh (KSA): Lead the MP team on the development of 6, 000 Ha master plan in Riyadh. Coordinate the proposal with the technical and visual consultants to deliver a competitive design in a very short death-line. Perform professional planning research for new approaches on the development of residential villas in accordance with local standards.

Project - Concept Master Plan Riyadh (KSA): Research, collection and analysis of the urban grid of Riyadh. Lead and coordinate a team to develop an academic proposal that intervene on the shortcomings of the existing model, proposing more open natural scenarios, urban-integrated, active and family friendly on the line of the vision for 2030.

Project - Jumeirah Master Plan (UAE): Lead the team on developing a proposal for an iconic residential master plan with direct views to Burj Al Arab. Design the proposal and coordinate closely our calculations with the engineering and cost consultants to achieve a very specific brief at the time of achieving our design vision.

Project - Jeddah Master Plan (KSA): Lead the team on the development of a new downtown master plan for the city of Jeddah. Collaborate with the architectural team to develop a modern interpretation of the local architecture. Calculate an estimation of facilities and activities that adjust to a strict brief and satisfy the ‘Vision 2030’.

Project - Dubai Expo 2020 Competition (UAE): Support the team on the production of a compet- itive proposal for the Expo 2020. Coordinate all calculations, plans and the
technical consultants to secure a cohesive design. Secure that the 3D model, renders and ani- mation were deliver on time. Coordinate a collaboration with other WB studios on analysis and investigation for sustainable models and new technologies.

Project - Whale Views Complex (Ojochal): Continuing with the strategy of the Community Development, it was settle the design for the construction of 12 houses. Supporting by the analysis of business opportunities through master plans options (residential hospitality, residential supported by commercial and community organization…)

Project - Community Development (Ojochal): Design and development of plans for the construction of a community of 15 houses. Analysis of business opportunities for sale supported by master plans options reflecting qualities of every type of business in the area. The analysis is supported by the concept design of two cabin models as base for the development of the whole area. Once the model was chosen by the client further development of next stages was carried out to completion.

Project - Ylang Ylang House (Ojochal): Concept design to construction stage. Development of concept-detailed report, plans and detailed documentation and direction of site works for the construction of a house in the upper jungle overviewing the sea, based in contemporary lines and using traditional materials like bamboo and other environmentally friendly techniques of construction. The house is a cabin of 80 m2 with a bamboo structure supporting the ceilings and separate enclosing walls. The whole house is floating over the terrain reducing the impact over the jungle environment.

Project - Tropical House (Ojochal): Design and development of plans and detailed documentation for the construction of a traditional tropical house mixed with contemporary lines based on two living modules (day and night use) connected by a bridge and floating over the terrain reducing the impact over the jungle environment.

Project - Heathrow Airport, Terminal 2: Laing O’Rourke’s design delivery team appointed the Space Agency as the wayfinding and signage consultant for the Heathrow Terminal 2A multi-storey car park and central covered court. Development of report for the proposed wayfinding and signage scheme in the assigned phase of work, scheme design.

Project - Euston Station Refurbishment: Design and implementation of a remodeling and upgrade of Euston station fit out to enhance the station environment by visual de-cluttering and increase of commercial space to improve levels of service satisfaction.

Project - London Cable Car: Development of a report for the proposed wayfinding and signage scheme for the Scheme Design phase. The Wayfinding design had to be developed in accordance with Transport For London and DLR Way-finding Design Performance Standards for the London Olympic Games.

Project - Calgary East Village (Canada): Development of Calgary Village’s expansion master plan to the east area, which intersects the existing grid with a new diagonal “main street” that connects the expanded east area directly with the main island and the new access to the other side of the river. River east limit green space reorganization for proposed new uses and future development building areas. With a population of 1, 079, 310 citizens, the new master plan looked for a rational adhesion of areas to complement the existing city’s deficiencies.

Project - Six Tower Complex (UAE): Work with the Project Manager to develop and implement project-specific construction elements and facades designs following proposed methods for this project. Maintain communication with the Project Team and keep the team up-to-date on any decisions that may affect the design, schedule or construction budget.

Project - Jumeira Garden City (UAE): Architectural design work for this ideal location with spectacular views over Dubai Park, accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road and a Central Boulevard. The development comprised private basement parking, high-end retail and a range of apartment types surrounding a landscaped semi-private courtyard.

Project - Abu Dhabi Lagoon Club (UAE): Development of a new master plan for the creation of an iconic building that would be easy recognizable as a new landmark for Abu Dhabi’s Corniche Road. The project included two big towers (hotel and offices) and a conference center interrelating with the mix uses area around a new “lagoon” which connected with the sea.

Project - Yiti (Oman): Supporting the master planner in the architectural design of areas of the master plan. Development of illustrations and graphics to support the concept design. Revision of technical aspects of the master plan.

Project - Rak Masafi (UAE): Development of a tourist hotel complex with other specialists and assistance to the project director in the production of the final validation report.

Project - Wei Yuan (China): Supporting the master planner in the architectural design of areas of the master plan. Development of illustrations and graphics to support the concept design. Revisión of technical aspects of the master plan.

Project - Jazan Economic City (Saudi Arabia): Completion of the master plan for the industrial zone, liaison with other specialists and assistance to the project director in the production of the final report. Located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the project involved consultants in London and in Malaysia. The 65km2 site will comprise a number of heavy and light industries, as well as port and rail facilities.

Project - Khor Fakkan (UAE): Outline master plan for the urban expansion of Khor Fakkan town, in the emirate of Sharjah, UAE. Divided into several indentations to the west of the Jebel 5 mountain, the 61ha site is contiguous to a planned regional park & resort and is part of a process of urban renewal established by the local government.

Project - Lujiazhui CBD (China): For the Halcrow design entry for the Lujiazhui CBD (a site of approx. 300 ha), a new business district located in the Pudong Financial District, Shanghai. Development and leasing with the team in Shanghai to obtain necessary site data and surveys. Collaboration with Halcrow economists and transport planners to come up with feasible development thresholds for the site.

Project - Changzhou (China): Master plan for a new mix use waterfront development for FEY City in Changzhou, China. Working together with the team in London in order to develop a conceptual detailed hand drawn presentation of the 20km2 site, according to a pre-defined strategy and land uses.

Project - Islamabad (Pakistan): Master plan and urban design proposal for a new 400ha housing site (Canyon Views) in Islamabad, Pakistan. Working with the project manager to develop the concept, layout and plot development.
